Currently the home is focused on the rescue, rehabilitation, and restoration, of the boys in Bungoma, Kenya.
Bi-weekly local outreaches that provide hot meals, clothing, and a time of ministry to the children. Additionally, we've partnered with a local hospital to provide free healthcare for all the children on the streets.
Currently, Reach International Children's Home is in the process of working with local churches, and the Kenyan Government to establish a foster care system for Bungoma, Kenya.
This effort specifically focuses on the Reach International Children Home. This is the home where children receive an education, therapy, medical, vision, and dental treatment. In addition, the boys have deligated responsibilities such as learning to cook and to farm, as well as, learn both the hard and soft social skills they need for the future.
In the future we have two primary needs - Capital Improvements and Expansion of Programs.
These include improvements to our facility and transportation, as well as, helping to establish a foster care system. This also includes the resources necessary to expand our outreach programs to reach more boys in Bungoma.
